Becoming a collegiate athlete, fighting back from a torn hamstring and multiple broken bones, and earning my place in graduate school were not separate accomplishments.
They were proof of one belief that guides everything I do: never quit and never give less than your full effort.
At VCU Brandcenter, I converted that competitive discipline into strategic leadership. I learned how to rally teams around a shared vision, simplify complexity into clear action, and move ideas forward with confidence and momentum.
